آج کي آيت مبارکہ: اے ایمان والو! کوئی قوم کسی قوم کا مذاق نہ اڑائے ممکن ہے وہ لوگ اُن (تمسخر کرنے والوں) سے بہتر ہوں اور نہ عورتیں ہی دوسری عورتوں کا (مذاق اڑائیں) ممکن ہے وہی عورتیں اُن (مذاق اڑانے والی عورتوں) سے بہتر ہوں، اور نہ آپس میں طعنہ زنی اور الزام تراشی کیا کرو اور نہ ایک دوسرے کے برے نام رکھا کرو، کسی کے ایمان (لانے) کے بعد اسے فاسق و بدکردار کہنا بہت ہی برا نام ہے، اور جس نے توبہ نہیں کی سو وہی لوگ ظالم ہیں (الْحُجُرَات، 49 : 11)
