In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

23. اور اسی طرح ہم نے کسی بستی میں آپ سے پہلے کوئی ڈر سنانے والا نہیں بھیجا مگر وہاں کے وڈیروں اور خوشحال لوگوں نے کہا: بیشک ہم نے اپنے باپ دادا کو ایک طریقہ و مذہب پر پایا اور ہم یقیناً انہی کے نقوشِ قدم کی اقتداء کرنے والے ہیںo

23. And the same way, We never sent any Warner to a town before you, but their chiefs and the affluent people amongst them said: ‘Surely, we found our fathers following a course and a religion, and certainly we are following in their footsteps.’

(az-Zukhruf, 43 : 23)
