Surah Ghafir Ayat 39 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

یٰقَوۡمِ اِنَّمَا ہٰذِہِ الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَا مَتَاعٌ ۫ وَّ اِنَّ الۡاٰخِرَۃَ ہِیَ دَارُ الۡقَرَارِ ﴿۳۹﴾

39. اے میری قوم! یہ دنیا کی زندگی بس (چند روزہ) فائدہ اٹھانے کے سوا کچھ نہیں اور بے شک آخرت ہی ہمیشہ رہنے کا گھر ہےo

39. O my people! This life of the world is only a brief enjoyment. And indeed, the Hereafter is the home of (eternal) settlement.

39. O my people! The life of this world is nothing but (a few days’) gain, and the Hereafter is certainly a home to live in forever.

39. Ya qawmi innama hathihi alhayatu alddunya mataAAun wainna alakhirata hiya daru alqarari

39. Å, mitt folk! Dette jordelivet er ikke noe annet enn (noen få dagers) gagn, mens det hinsidige i sannhet er det evige hjem.

39. ऐ मेरी क़ौम! ये दुन्या की ज़िन्दगी बस (चन्द रोज़ा) फाइदा उठाने के सिवा कुछ नहीं और बेशक आख़िरत ही हमेशा रहने का घर है।

৩৯. হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! পার্থিব এ জীবন তো কেবল (অস্থায়ী) উপভোগ ছাড়া কিছুই নয় এবং অবশ্যই পরকালই হচ্ছে চিরস্থায়ী আবাস।
