Surah Qaf Ayat 22 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

لَقَدۡ کُنۡتَ فِیۡ غَفۡلَۃٍ مِّنۡ ہٰذَا فَکَشَفۡنَا عَنۡکَ غِطَآءَکَ فَبَصَرُکَ الۡیَوۡمَ حَدِیۡدٌ ﴿۲۲﴾

22. حقیقت میں تُو اِس (دن) سے غفلت میں پڑا رہا سو ہم نے تیرا پردۂ (غفلت) ہٹا دیا پس آج تیری نگاہ تیز ہےo

22. (It will be said to the denier:) ‘Indeed, you were in a state of negligence about this (Day). We have removed your veil (of negligence) from you, and today, your sight is intensely sharp.’

22. The truth is that you were negligent of this (Day), so We have removed your veil (of negligence) and Today your sight is sharp.

22. Laqad kunta fee ghaflatin min hatha fakashafna AAanka ghitaaka fabasaruka alyawma hadeedun

22. I sannhet, du forble likegyldig til denne (dagen), så nå har Vi fjernet ditt (forsømmelighets) slør fra deg, og synet ditt er skarpt i dag.

22. हक़ीक़त में तू इस (दिन) से ग़फ्लत में पड़ा रहा सो हमने तेरा पर्दए (ग़फ्लत) हटा दिया पस आज तेरी निगाह तेज़ है।

২২. প্রকৃতপক্ষে তুমি তো এ (দিবস) সম্পর্কে উদাসীন ছিলে, সুতরাং আমরা তোমার (উদাসীনতার) যবনিকা সরিয়ে দিয়েছি। ফলে আজ তোমার দৃষ্টি সুতীক্ষ্ণ।
