Surah adh-Dhariyat Ayat 43 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ فِیۡ ثَمُوۡدَ اِذۡ قِیۡلَ لَہُمۡ تَمَتَّعُوۡا حَتّٰی حِیۡنٍ ﴿۴۳﴾

43. اور (قومِ) ثمود (کی ہلاکت) میں بھی (عبرت کی نشانی ہے) جبکہ اُن سے کہا گیا کہ تم ایک معیّنہ وقت تک فائدہ اٹھا لوo

43. And (there is another lesson) in (the story of) Thamud, when they were told: ‘Enjoy yourselves for a (short) while.’

43. And also there is (a sign of warning) in (the destruction of) the people of Thamud when they were told: ‘Take benefit for an appointed term.’

43. Wafee thamooda ith qeela lahum tamattaAAoo hatta heenin

43. Og i (tilintetgjørelse av folket) Thamōd (er det også advarselstegn), den gang det ble sagt til dem: «Bare fortsett å nyte til en fastsatt tid!»

43. और (क़ौमे) समूद (की हलाकत) में भी (इब्रत की निशानी है) जबकि उनसे कहा गया कि तुम एक मुअ़य्यना मुद्दत तक फाइदा उठा लो।

৪৩. আর (উপদেশের নিদর্শন রয়েছে) সামূদ (সম্প্রদায়ের ধ্বংস)-এর মাঝেও, যখন তাদেরকে বলা হলো, ‘এক নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত ভোগ করে নাও’।
