اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ لَقَدۡ اَہۡلَکۡنَا مَا حَوۡلَکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡقُرٰی وَ صَرَّفۡنَا الۡاٰیٰتِ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَرۡجِعُوۡنَ ﴿۲۷﴾

27. اور (اے اہلِ مکہّ!) بیشک ہم نے کتنی ہی بستیوں کو ہلاک کر ڈالا جو تمہارے اردگرد تھیں اور ہم نے اپنی نشانیاں بار بار ظاہر کیں تاکہ وہ (کفر سے) رجوع کر لیںo

27. (O Meccans!) Indeed, We destroyed many towns around you and repeated the signs that perhaps they might return (to the right path).

27. And, (O people of Mecca,) indeed We destroyed many a town around you, and displayed Our signs time and again so that they might turn (back to them from disbelief).

27. Walaqad ahlakna ma hawlakum mina alqura wasarrafna alayati laAAallahum yarjiAAoona

27. Og (å, dere Mekkas folk!), uten tvil, Vi har tilintetgjort mange byer som omkring dere var, og Vi synliggjorde vekslende Våre tegn gang på gang, slik at de måtte vende om (fra vantro).

27. और (ऐ अहले मक्का) बेशक हमने कितनी ही बस्तियों को हलाक कर डाला जो तुम्हारे इर्द गिर्द थीं और हमने अपनी निशानियां बार-बार ज़ाहिर कीं ताकि वोह (कुफ्र से) रुजूअ़ कर लें।

২৭. আর (হে মক্কাবাসীরা!) আমরা ধ্বংস করেছিলাম তোমাদের চতুর্পার্শ্বের জনপদসমূহ এবং বার বার আমাদের নিদর্শনাবলী প্রকাশ করেছিলাম, যাতে তারা (কুফরী থেকে) ফিরে আসে।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 27)

فَلَوۡ لَا نَصَرَہُمُ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ قُرۡبَانًا اٰلِـہَۃً ؕ بَلۡ ضَلُّوۡا عَنۡہُمۡ ۚ وَ ذٰلِکَ اِفۡکُہُمۡ وَ مَا کَانُوۡا یَفۡتَرُوۡنَ ﴿۲۸﴾

28. پھر ان (بتوں) نے ان کی مدد کیوں نہ کی جن کو انہوں نے تقرّبِ (الٰہی) کے لئے اللہ کے سوا معبود بنا رکھا تھا، بلکہ وہ (معبودانِ باطلہ) ان سے گم ہو گئے، اور یہ (بتوں کو معبود بنانا) ان کا جھوٹ تھا اور یہی وہ بہتان (تھا) جو وہ باندھا کرتے تھےo

28. So why did those (idols) they had taken as gods besides Allah for attaining (His) nearness not help them? Instead, they failed them. And that was (the result of) their lies and what they had been forging.

28. Then why did those (idols) not come to their aid, which they had taken as gods besides Allah for attaining (His) nearness? But in fact, they (false gods) were lost from them. And this (setting up false gods) was their lie. And (it was) this fabrication that they used to weave.

28. Falawla nasarahumu allatheena ittakhathoo min dooni Allahi qurbanan alihatan bal dalloo AAanhum wathalika ifkuhum wama kanoo yaftaroona

28. Men hvorfor hjalp ikke de (avgudsstatuene) som de holdt som tilbedelsesverdige utenom Allah for å oppnå (Allahs) nærhet, dem? Faktisk ble de (avgudsstatuene) borte vekk fra dem, og dette (å holde avgudsstatuene som tilbedelsesverdige) var deres løgn, og dette var det de pleide å dikte opp.

28. फिर उन (बुतों) ने उनकी मदद क्यों न की जिनको उन्होंने तक़र्रुबे (इलाही) के लिए अल्लाह के सिवा माबूद बना रखा था, बल्कि वोह (माबूदाने बातिला) उनसे गुम हो गए, और ये (बुतों को माबूद बनाना) उनका झूट था और येही वोह बोहतान (था) जो वोह बांधा करते थे।

২৮. অতঃপর সেসব (মূর্তি) কেন তাদেরকে সাহায্য করলো না যাদেরকে তারা (আল্লাহ্‌র) নৈকট্যের আশায় আল্লাহ্‌র পরিবর্তে উপাস্যরূপে গ্রহণ করেছিল? বরং এসব (ভ্রান্ত উপাস্য) তাদের থেকে অন্তর্হিত হয়ে পড়লো। আর এ (মূর্তিগুলোকে উপাস্যরূপে নির্ধারণ করা) তাদের মিথ্যাচার এবং তাদের উদ্ভাবিত মিথ্যা অপবাদ এরূপই।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 28)

وَ اِذۡ صَرَفۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ نَفَرًا مِّنَ الۡجِنِّ یَسۡتَمِعُوۡنَ الۡقُرۡاٰنَ ۚ فَلَمَّا حَضَرُوۡہُ قَالُوۡۤا اَنۡصِتُوۡا ۚ فَلَمَّا قُضِیَ وَلَّوۡا اِلٰی قَوۡمِہِمۡ مُّنۡذِرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۹﴾

29. اور (اے حبیب!) جب ہم نے جنّات کی ایک جماعت کو آپ کی طرف متوجہ کیا جو قرآن غور سے سنتے تھے۔ پھر جب وہ وہاں (یعنی بارگاہِ نبوت میں) حاضر ہوئے تو انہوں نے (آپس میں) کہا: خاموش رہو، پھر جب (پڑھنا) ختم ہو گیا تو وہ اپنی قوم کی طرف ڈر سنانے والے (یعنی داعی الی الحق) بن کر واپس گئےo

29. And (remember) when We made a group of jinn incline towards you, who listened to the Qur’an. So when they were present there, they said (to one another): ‘Keep silent.’ And when it (i.e. the recitation) was finished, they returned to their people as warners.

29. And, when, (O Beloved,) We diverted a group of jinn to you, listening to the Qur’an with active attention, (and) when they came there (i.e., before the holy presence of the Messenger [blessings and peace be upon him]), they said (to one another): ‘Keep silent.’ And when (the recitation) was over, they went back as warners to their people (i.e., the callers to the truth).

29. Waith sarafna ilayka nafaran mina aljinni yastamiAAoona alqurana falamma hadaroohu qaloo ansitoo falamma qudiya wallaw ila qawmihim munthireena

29. Og (kjære elskede ﷺ!), en gang førte Vi til deg en gruppe av dsjinner, som lyttet nøye etter Koranen. Da de møtte opp der (hos Profeten Mohammad ﷺ), sa de (til hverandre): «Vær stille!», og da resitasjonen var over, vendte de tilbake til folket sitt som advarere (sannhetens innbydere).

29. और (ऐ हबीब!) जब हमने जिन्नात की एक जमाअ़त को आपकी तरफ मुतवज्जे किया जो क़ुरआन ग़ौर से सुनते थे। फिर जब वोह वहां (यानी बारगाहे नुबुव्वत में) हाज़िर हुए तो उन्होंने (आपस में) कहा: ख़ामोश रहो, फिर जब (पढ़ना) ख़त्म हो गया तो वोह अपनी क़ौम की तरफ डर सुनाने वाले (यानी दाई इलल हक़्क़) बनकर वापस गए।

২৯. আর (হে হাবীব!) যখন আমরা আপনার প্রতি আকৃষ্ট করেছিলাম জ্বিনদের একটি দলকে যারা মনোযোগ সহকারে কুরআন শ্রবণ করছিল, অতঃপর যখন তারা সেখানে (অর্থাৎ নবী আকরাম সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লামের নিকট) উপস্থিত হলো, তারা (পরস্পরে) বলতে লাগলো, ‘চুপ থাকো’। যখন (তিলাওয়াত) সম্পন্ন হলো, তারা নিজ সম্প্রদায়ের নিকট ফিরে গেল (সত্যের দিকে আহ্বানকারী) সতর্ককারীরূপে।

قَالُوۡا یٰقَوۡمَنَاۤ اِنَّا سَمِعۡنَا کِتٰبًا اُنۡزِلَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مُوۡسٰی مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡہِ یَہۡدِیۡۤ اِلَی الۡحَقِّ وَ اِلٰی طَرِیۡقٍ مُّسۡتَقِیۡمٍ ﴿۳۰﴾

30. انہوں نے کہا: اے ہماری قوم (یعنی اے قومِ جنّات)! بیشک ہم نے ایک (ایسی) کتاب سنی ہے جو موسٰی (علیہ السلام کی تورات) کے بعد اتاری گئی ہے (جو) اپنے سے پہلے (کی کتابوں) کی تصدیق کرنے والی ہے (وہ) سچّے (دین) اور سیدھے راستے کی طرف ہدایت کرتی ہےo

30. They said: ‘O our people (from the community of the jinn)! Indeed, we have heard a Book revealed after (the Torah of) Musa (Moses) confirming (the Scriptures) that came before it. It guides (us) to the truth and to a straight path.

30. They said: ‘O our people (O community of jinn), indeed we have heard such a Book that has been revealed after (the Torah of) Musa (Moses. It) confirms (the Books) that came before it, and guides to the true (Din [Religion]) and the straight road.

30. Qaloo ya qawmana inna samiAAna kitaban onzila min baAAdi moosa musaddiqan lima bayna yadayhi yahdee ila alhaqqi waila tareeqin mustaqeemin

30. De sa: «Å, vårt folk (dsjinner)! Sannelig, vi har hørt en slik skrift, som er blitt åpenbart etter (toraen åpenbart for) Moses, som stadfester de (skriftene) som kom før den; den rettleder til den sanne (levemåten [religionen]) og til den rette veien.

30. उन्होंने कहा: ऐ हमारी क़ौम! (यानी ऐ क़ौमे जिन्नात!) बेशक हमने एक (ऐसी) किताब सुनी है जो मूसा (अ़लैहिस्सलाम की तौरात) के बाद उतारी गई है (जो) अपने से पहले (की किताबों) की तस्दीक़ करने वाली है (वोह) सच्चे (दीन) और सीधे रास्ते की तरफ हिदायत करती है।

৩০. তারা বললো, ‘হে আমাদের (জ্বিন) সম্প্রদায়! নিশ্চয়ই আমরা (এমন) এক কিতাবের পাঠ শুনে এসেছি যা অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে মূসা (আলাইহিস সালামের তাওরাত)-এঁর পর, (যা) সত্যায়ন করে এর পূর্ববর্তীতে আগত (কিতাবসমূহকে), পরিচালিত করে সত্য (ধর্ম) এবং সরল পথের দিকে।

یٰقَوۡمَنَاۤ اَجِیۡبُوۡا دَاعِیَ اللّٰہِ وَ اٰمِنُوۡا بِہٖ یَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ ذُنُوۡبِکُمۡ وَ یُجِرۡکُمۡ مِّنۡ عَذَابٍ اَلِیۡمٍ ﴿۳۱﴾

31. اے ہماری قوم! تم اللہ کی طرف بلانے والے (یعنی محمد رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بات قبول کر لو اور ان پر ایمان لے آؤ (تو) اللہ تمہارے گناہ بخش دے گا اور تمہیں دردناک عذاب سے پناہ دے گاo

31. O our people! Respond to Allah’s caller and believe in him. He will forgive you your sins and protect you from a painful punishment.

31. O our people! Accept the call of the Caller (the Holy Prophet Muhammad [blessings and peace be upon him]) to Allah and believe in him. Allah will then forgive your sins and save you from a painful punishment.

31. Ya qawmana ajeeboo daAAiya Allahi waaminoo bihi yaghfir lakum min thunoobikum wayujirkum min AAathabin aleemin

31. Å, vårt folk! Godta Allahs innbyder (Profeten Mohammads ﷺ invitasjon), og anta troen på ham, da vil Allah tilgi syndene deres og bevare dere mot den smertelige pinen.

31. ऐ हमारी क़ौम! तुम अल्लाह की तरफ बुलाने वाले (यानी मुहम्मद रसूलुल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु अ़लैहि व सल्लम) की बात क़बूल कर लो और उन पर ईमान ले आओ (तो) अल्लाह तुम्हारे गुनाह बख़्श देगा और तुम्हें दर्दनाक अ़ज़ाब से पनाह देगा।

৩১. হে আমাদের সম্প্রদায়! আল্লাহ্‌র দিকে আহ্বানকারীর (অর্থাৎ মুহাম্মাদুর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লামের) আহ্বানে সাড়া দাও এবং তাঁর উপর ঈমান আনয়ন করো, (তবেই) আল্লাহ্ তোমাদের গোনাহসমূহ ক্ষমা করে দেবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে রক্ষা করবেন যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি থেকে।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 31)

وَ مَنۡ لَّا یُجِبۡ دَاعِیَ اللّٰہِ فَلَیۡسَ بِمُعۡجِزٍ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ وَ لَیۡسَ لَہٗ مِنۡ دُوۡنِہٖۤ اَوۡلِیَآءُ ؕ اُولٰٓئِکَ فِیۡ ضَلٰلٍ مُّبِیۡنٍ ﴿۳۲﴾

32. اور جو شخص اللہ کی طرف بلانے والے (رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بات قبول نہیں کرے گا تو وہ زمین میں (بھاگ کر اللہ کو) عاجز نہیں کر سکے گا اور نہ ہی اس کے لئے اللہ کے سوا کوئی مددگار ہوں گے۔ یہی لوگ کھلی گمراہی میں ہیںo

32. Whoever does not respond to the caller of Allah cannot escape (His power) anywhere on the earth. He will not have any protectors against Him. They are in manifest error.’

32. And he who does not accept the call of the Caller (the Holy Prophet Muhammad [blessings and peace be upon him]) to Allah cannot thwart Allah (by running away) on earth. Nor will there be any helpers for him except Allah. It is they who are in open error.’

32. Waman la yujib daAAiya Allahi falaysa bimuAAjizin fee alardi walaysa lahu min doonihi awliyaa olaika fee dalalin mubeenin

32. Og den som ikke godtar Allahs innbyder (Profeten Mohammads ﷺ invitasjon), han kan ikke gjøre (Allah) maktesløs på jorden (ved å løpe unna), og ei heller vil det for ham være noen velyndere utenom Allah! Disse er i soleklar villfarelse.»

32. और जो शख़्स अल्लाह की तरफ बुलाने वाले (रसूल सल्लल्लाहु अ़लैहि व सल्लम) की बात क़बूल नहीं करेगा तो वोह ज़मीन में (भागकर अल्लाह को) आजिज़ नहीं कर सके गा और न ही उसके लिए अल्लाह के सिवा कोई मददगार होंगे। येही लोग खुली गुमराही में हैं।

৩২. আর যে আল্লাহ্‌র দিকে আহ্বানকারী (রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লাম)-এঁর প্রতি সাড়া না দেয়, সে পৃথিবীতে (পলায়নপর হয়েও আল্লাহ্‌র অভিপ্রায়) ব্যর্থ করতে পারবে না এবং তার জন্যে আল্লাহ্ ব্যতীত কোনো সাহায্যকারী থাকবে না। এরাই সুস্পষ্ট গোমরাহীতে নিমজ্জিত।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 32)

اَوَ لَمۡ یَرَوۡا اَنَّ اللّٰہَ الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الۡاَرۡضَ وَ لَمۡ یَعۡیَ بِخَلۡقِہِنَّ بِقٰدِرٍ عَلٰۤی اَنۡ یُّحۡیِۦَ الۡمَوۡتٰی ؕ بَلٰۤی اِنَّہٗ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ قَدِیۡرٌ ﴿۳۳﴾

33. کیا وہ نہیں جانتے کہ اللہ جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا فرمایا اور وہ ان کے پیدا کرنے سے تھکا نہیں اس بات پر (بھی) قادر ہے کہ وہ مُردوں کو (دوبارہ) زندہ فرما دے۔ کیوں نہیں! بیشک وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہےo

33. Do they not see that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and did not tire by creating them, (also) has the power to revive the dead? Yes, indeed, He is All-Capable of everything.

33. Do they not know that Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth and was not tired by creating them, has (also) the power to bring the dead back to life (again)? Yes, of course, He has power over everything.

33. Awalam yaraw anna Allaha allathee khalaqa alssamawati waalarda walam yaAAya bikhalqihinna biqadirin AAala an yuhyiya almawta bala innahu AAala kulli shayin qadeerun

33. Vet de da ikke at Allah, som skapte himlene og jorden, og som ikke ble trett av å skape dem, fullt evner å gjenopplive de døde? Jo, i sannhet! Sannelig, Han har fullstendig makt over alle ting.

33. क्या वोह नहीं जानते कि अल्लाह जिसने आस्मानों और ज़मीन को पैदा फरमाया और वोह उनके पैदा करने से थका नहीं इस बात पर (भी) क़ादिर है कि वोह मुर्दों को (दोबारा) ज़िन्दा फरमा दे। क्यों नहीं, बेशक वोह हर चीज़ पर क़ुदरत रखता है।

৩৩. তারা কি জানে না যে, আল্লাহ্, যিনি আকাশমন্ডলী এবং পৃথিবী সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং এসব সৃষ্টি করায় তিনি ক্লান্ত নন; তিনি মৃতকে (দ্বিতীয়বার) পুনর্জীবিত করতেও সক্ষম? কেন নয়! নিশ্চয়ই তিনি সকল কিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 33)

وَ یَوۡمَ یُعۡرَضُ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا عَلَی النَّارِ ؕ اَلَیۡسَ ہٰذَا بِالۡحَقِّ ؕ قَالُوۡا بَلٰی وَ رَبِّنَا ؕ قَالَ فَذُوۡقُوا الۡعَذَابَ بِمَا کُنۡتُمۡ تَکۡفُرُوۡنَ ﴿۳۴﴾

34. اور جس دن وہ لوگ جنہوں نے کفر کیا آتشِ دوزخ کے سامنے پیش کئے جائیں گے (تو ان سے کہا جائے گا:) کیا یہ (عذاب) برحق نہیں ہے؟ وہ کہیں گے: کیوں نہیں! ہمارے رب کی قسم (برحق ہے)، ارشاد ہوگا: پھر عذاب کا مزہ چکھو جس کا تم انکار کیا کرتے تھےo

34. And the Day when the disbelievers will be exposed to the Fire (they will be asked:) ‘Is this (i.e. the Hereafter) not the truth?’ They will say: ‘Yes, of course! By our Lord (it is true).’ He will say: ‘Then taste the punishment for having disbelieved.’

34. And the Day when the disbelievers will be brought to the Fire (it will be said to them:) ‘Is this (punishment) not based on the truth?’ They will say: ‘Yes, of course! By our Lord (it is true).’ (Allah) will say: ‘Then taste the punishment you used to deny.’

34. Wayawma yuAAradu allatheena kafaroo AAala alnnari alaysa hatha bialhaqqi qaloo bala warabbina qala fathooqoo alAAathaba bima kuntum takfuroona

34. Og den dag da de som viste vantro, blir framstilt for ilden, (vil det bli sagt til dem): «Er ikke denne (pinen) sann?» De vil si: «Jo, sannelig, ved Herren vår (den er sann)!» Allah vil si: «Så smak pinen fordi dere pleide å vise vantro!»

34. और जिस दिन वोह लोग जिन्होंने कुफ्र किया आतिशे दोज़ख़ के सामने पेश किए जाएंगे (तो उनसे कहा जाएगा) क्या ये (अ़ज़ाब) बर हक़्क़ नहीं है? वोह कहेंगे: क्यों नहीं हमारे रब की क़सम (बर हक़्क़ है), इर्शाद होगा: फिर अ़ज़ाब का मज़ा चखो जिसका तुम इन्कार किया करते थे।

৩৪. আর যেদিন কাফেরদেরকে জাহান্নামের অগ্নির সম্মুখে উপস্থিত করা হবে (সেদিন তাদেরকে বলা হবে), ‘এ (শাস্তি) কি সত্য নয়?’ তারা বলবে, ‘কেন নয়! আমাদের প্রতিপালকের শপথ (এটি সত্য)’। এরশাদ হবে, ‘তাহলে শাস্তি আস্বাদ করো, যা তোমরা অস্বীকার করতে’।
(al-Ahqaf, 46 : 34)

فَاصۡبِرۡ کَمَا صَبَرَ اُولُوا الۡعَزۡمِ مِنَ الرُّسُلِ وَ لَا تَسۡتَعۡجِلۡ لَّہُمۡ ؕ کَاَنَّہُمۡ یَوۡمَ یَرَوۡنَ مَا یُوۡعَدُوۡنَ ۙ لَمۡ یَلۡبَثُوۡۤا اِلَّا سَاعَۃً مِّنۡ نَّہَارٍ ؕ بَلٰغٌ ۚ فَہَلۡ یُہۡلَکُ اِلَّا الۡقَوۡمُ الۡفٰسِقُوۡنَ ﴿٪۳۵﴾

35. (اے حبیب!) پس آپ صبر کئے جائیں جس طرح (دوسرے) عالی ہمّت پیغمبروں نے صبر کیا تھا اور آپ ان (منکروں) کے لئے (طلبِ عذاب میں) جلدی نہ فرمائیں، جس دن وہ اس (عذابِ آخرت) کو دیکھیں گے جس کا ان سے وعدہ کیا جا رہا ہے تو (خیال کریں گے) گویا وہ (دنیا میں) دن کی ایک گھڑی کے سوا ٹھہرے ہی نہیں تھے، (یہ اللہ کی طرف سے) پیغام کا پہنچایا جانا ہے، نافرمان قوم کے سوا دیگر لوگ ہلاک نہیں کئے جائیں گےo

35. So be patient just as the Messengers of Firm Resolve were patient, and do not seek to hasten (the punishment) for these (deniers). The Day when they see what they were promised, it will be as if they had stayed (in this world) for only an hour of a day. (This is) a proclamation (from your Lord). So, shall anyone be destroyed except the transgressing people?

35. (O Beloved!) So be steadfast as (other) Messengers were with unwavering determination, and do not hasten (to seek the torment) for these (deniers). The Day they will see this (punishment in the Hereafter) which they are being promised, (they will think) as though they did not stay (in the world) for more than an hour. (This is but) the communication of the Message (from Allah). Those other than the disobedient will not be destroyed.

35. Faisbir kama sabara oloo alAAazmi mina alrrusuli wala tastaAAjil lahum kaannahum yawma yarawna ma yooAAadoona lam yalbathoo illa saAAatan min naharin balaghun fahal yuhlaku illa alqawmu alfasiqoona

35. Så (kjære elskede ﷺ!), fortsett å vise tålmod slik som (de andre) profetene med den store viljestyrken viste tålmod, og framskynd ikke (med å be om pine) for disse (fornekterne). Den dag de får se den (pinen) som de blir lovet, (vil de føle) som om de ikke var på jorden mer enn en time av dagen. (Dette er) overbringelsen av budskapet (fra Allah)! Ingen andre enn det ulydige folk vil bli tilintetgjort.

35. (ऐ हबीब!) पस आप सब्र किए जाएं जिस तरह (दूसरे) आली हिम्मत पैग़म्बरों ने सब्र किया था और आप उन (मुन्किरों) के लिए (तलबे अ़ज़ाब में) जल्दी न फरमाएं, जिस दिन वोह उस (अ़ज़ाबे आख़िरत) को देखेंगे जिसका उनसे वादा किया जा रहा है तो (ख़याल करेंगे) गोया वोह (दुन्या में) दिन की एक घड़ी के सिवा ठहरे ही नहीं थे, (ये अल्लाह की तरफ से) पैग़ाम का पहुं चाया जाना है, ना फरमान क़ौम के सिवा दीगर लोग हलाक नहीं किए जाएंगे।

৩৫. (হে হাবীব!) অতএব ধৈর্য ধারণ করুন, যেভাবে (অপরাপর) সমুন্নত দৃঢ়সংকল্পের অধিকারী রাসূলগণ ধৈর্য ধারণ করেছিলেন এবং আপনি এদের জন্যে (অর্থাৎ অস্বীকারকারীদের জন্যে শাস্তি কামনায়) ত্বরা করবেন না। যেদিন তারা (পরকালীন এ শাস্তি) প্রত্যক্ষ করবে যার প্রতিশ্রুতি তাদেরকে দেওয়া হচ্ছে, সেদিন (তাদের মনে হবে) যেন তারা (পৃথিবীতে) দিবসের এক মুহূর্তের বেশি অবস্থানই করেনি। (আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট থেকে) এ এক ঘোষণা, পাপাচারী সম্প্রদায়কেই ধ্বংস করা হবে।
