Surah al-Ambiya’ Ayat 63 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

قَالَ بَلۡ فَعَلَہٗ ٭ۖ کَبِیۡرُہُمۡ ہٰذَا فَسۡـَٔلُوۡہُمۡ اِنۡ کَانُوۡا یَنۡطِقُوۡنَ ﴿۶۳﴾

63. آپ نے فرمایا: بلکہ یہ (کام) ان کے اس بڑے (بت) نے کیا ہوگا تو ان (بتوں) سے ہی پوچھو اگر وہ بول سکتے ہیںo

63. He said: ‘Surely, this one—the chief of them—has done it. So ask them (i.e. the broken idols) if they can speak.’

63. He said: ‘Nay, this biggest (idol) of them would have done this. So ask these (very idols) if they can speak.’

63. Qala bal faAAalahu kabeeruhum hatha faisaloohum in kanoo yantiqoona

63. Abraham sa: «Nei, det må heller være han store (avgudsstatuen) av dem som har begått denne (handlingen). Bare spør dem (avgudsstatuene), hvis de nå kan tale.»

63. आपने फरमाया: बल्कि ये (काम) उनके उस बड़े (बुत) ने किया होगा तो उन (बुतों) से ही पूछो अगर वोह बोल सकते हैं।

৬৩. তিনি বললেন, ‘বরং এ (কাজ) তাদের এ বড় (মূর্তি)-টি করে থাকবে, সুতরাং এদেরকেই (এ মূর্তিগুলোকে) জিজ্ঞেস করো, যদি তারা বলতে পারে’।
(al-Ambiya’, 21 : 63)
