Surah al-Isra’ Ayat 49 with English Translation

اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ قَالُوۡۤاءَ اِذَا کُنَّا عِظَامًا وَّ رُفَاتًاءَ اِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوۡثُوۡنَ خَلۡقًا جَدِیۡدًا ﴿۴۹﴾

49. اور کہتے ہیں: جب ہم (مَر کر بوسیدہ) ہڈیاں اور ریزہ ریزہ ہو جائیں گے تو کیا ہمیں اَز سرِ نو پیدا کر کے اٹھایا جائے گاo

49. And they say: ‘What! When we become bones and dust, shall we surely be raised as a new creation?’

49. And they say: ‘When we shall become (decomposed) bones and dust particles (after dying), shall we be raised up alive anew?’

49. Waqaloo aitha kunna AAithaman warufatan ainna lamabAAoothoona khalqan jadeedan

49. Og de sier: «Når vi er blitt (døde, morkne) bein og har smuldret opp til støv, skal vi da bli gjenoppvekket ved å bli skapt på nytt?»

49. और कहते हैं: जब हम (मर कर बोसीदा) हडि्डयां और रेज़ा रेज़ा हो जाएंगे तो क्या हमें अज़ सरे नव पैदा करके उठाया जाएगा?

৪৯. আর তারা বলে, ‘যখন আমরা (মরে পঁচা) হাড্ডি এবং চুর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ হয়ে যাবো, তখন কি আমাদেরকে নতুন ভাবে সৃষ্টি করে উঠানো হবে?’
(al-Isra’, 17 : 49)
