اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ اضۡرِبۡ لَہُمۡ مَّثَلَ الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا کَمَآءٍ اَنۡزَلۡنٰہُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخۡتَلَطَ بِہٖ نَبَاتُ الۡاَرۡضِ فَاَصۡبَحَ ہَشِیۡمًا تَذۡرُوۡہُ الرِّیٰحُ ؕ وَ کَانَ اللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ مُّقۡتَدِرًا ﴿۴۵﴾

45. اور آپ انہیں دنیوی زندگی کی مثال (بھی) بیان کیجئے (جو) اس پانی جیسی ہے جسے ہم نے آسمان کی طرف سے اتارا تو اس کے باعث زمین کا سبزہ خوب گھنا ہوگیا پھر وہ سوکھی گھاس کا چورا بن گیا جسے ہوائیں اڑا لے جاتی ہیں، اور اللہ ہر چیز پر کامل قدرت والا ہےo

45. Draw an example of this worldly life for them: (It is) like the water We send down from the sky. Then the vegetation of the earth absorbs it (to grow). Then it (i.e. the vegetation) becomes dry, broken into pieces, which the winds scatter (afterwards). And Allah holds power over everything.

45. And explain to them the example of the worldly life (as well): it is like water that We pour from the sky. With this the vegetation of the earth grows thick, but then it becomes dry stubble which the winds blow about, and Allah has perfect control over everything.

45. Waidrib lahum mathala alhayati alddunya kamain anzalnahu mina alssamai faikhtalata bihi nabatu alardi faasbaha hasheeman tathroohu alrriyahu wakana Allahu AAala kulli shayin muqtadiran

45. Og klargjør for dem jordelivets lignelse! Det som er lik det vannet som Vi sender ned fra himmelen; ved det blir jordens vegetasjon frodig, og derpå blir den til tørre strå som vinden blåser av gårde. Allah har fullstendig makt over alle ting.

45. और आप उन्हें दुन्यवी ज़िन्दगी की मिसाल (भी) बयान कीजिए (जो) उस पानी जैसी है जिसे हमने आस्मान की तरफ से उतारा तो उसके बाइस ज़मीन का सब्ज़ा ख़ूब घना हो गया फिर वोह सूखी घास का चूरा बन गया जिसे हवाएं उड़ा ले जाती हैं, और अल्लाह हर चीज़ पर कामिल क़ुदरत वाला है।

৪৫. আর আপনি তাদেরকে পার্থিব জীবনের দৃষ্টান্ত(ও) বর্ণনা করুন, (তা) এ পানির ন্যায়, যা আমরা আসমান থেকে অবতীর্ণ করি, যা দিয়ে ভু-পৃষ্ঠে ঘন সন্নিবিষ্ট হয়ে উদ্ভিদ উদ্গত হয়; অতঃপর এটি শুকনো খড়ে পরিণত হয়, যাকে বাতাস উড়িয়ে নিয়ে যায়। আর আল্লাহ্ সকল কিছুর উপর পূর্ণ ক্ষমতাবান।
(al-Kahf, 18 : 45)

اَلۡمَالُ وَ الۡبَنُوۡنَ زِیۡنَۃُ الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا ۚ وَ الۡبٰقِیٰتُ الصّٰلِحٰتُ خَیۡرٌ عِنۡدَ رَبِّکَ ثَوَابًا وَّ خَیۡرٌ اَمَلًا ﴿۴۶﴾

46. مال اور اولاد (تو صرف) دنیاوی زندگی کی زینت ہیں اور (حقیقت میں) باقی رہنے والی (تو) نیکیاں (ہیں جو) آپ کے رب کے نزدیک ثواب کے لحاظ سے (بھی) بہتر ہیں اور آرزو کے لحاظ سے (بھی) خوب تر ہیںo

46. Wealth and children are the attractions of the worldly life. However, the everlasting righteous deeds are better in reward with your Lord and better in hope.

46. Wealth and children are (mere) adornment of the worldly life, but the things that (actually) endure (are) the good deeds (which) are best in the sight of your Lord as for reward and (also) most valuable as regards hope.

46. Almalu waalbanoona zeenatu alhayati alddunya waalbaqiyatu alssalihatu khayrun AAinda rabbika thawaban wakhayrun amalan

46. Rikdom og barn er kun jordelivets pynt, men det som (virkelig) er evigvarende, er rettskafne handlinger, som er bedre i din Herres øyne når det gjelder belønning og håp.

46. माल और औलाद (तो सिर्फ़) दुन्यवी ज़िन्दगी की ज़ीनत हैं और (हक़ीक़त में) बाक़ी रहने वाली (तो) नेकियां (हैं जो) आपके रब के नज़दीक सवाब के लिहाज़ से (भी) बेहतर हैं और आरजू के लिहाज़ से (भी) ख़ूबतर हैं।

৪৬. ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি (তো কেবল) পার্থিব জীবনের সাজ-সজ্জা। আর (প্রকৃতপক্ষে) স্থায়ী (তো) নেক কাজসমূহ, (যা) আপনার প্রতিপালকের নিকট সাওয়াবের দিক থেকে(ও) উত্তম। আর আশার দিক থেকে(ও) উৎকৃষ্টতর।

وَ یَوۡمَ نُسَیِّرُ الۡجِبَالَ وَ تَرَی الۡاَرۡضَ بَارِزَۃً ۙ وَّ حَشَرۡنٰہُمۡ فَلَمۡ نُغَادِرۡ مِنۡہُمۡ اَحَدًا ﴿ۚ۴۷﴾

47. وہ دن (قیامت کا) ہوگا جب ہم پہاڑوں کو (ریزہ ریزہ کر کے فضا میں) چلائیں گے اور آپ زمین کو صاف میدان دیکھیں گے (اس پر شجر، حجر اور حیوانات و نباتات میں سے کچھ بھی نہ ہوگا) اور ہم سب انسانوں کو جمع فرمائیں گے اور ان میں سے کسی کو (بھی) نہیں چھوڑیں گےo

47. On the Day when We shall make the mountains move away, and you will see the earth an open plain, and We shall gather them, We shall not leave any of them out.

47. And that will be the Day (of Resurrection) when We shall move the mountains (in the atmosphere, broken to dust particles,) and you will see the earth as a clear plain (void of plantation, stones, animals and vegetation). And We shall gather together the whole of mankind, and shall not leave out any of them.

47. Wayawma nusayyiru aljibala watara alarda barizatan wahasharnahum falam nughadir minhum ahadan

47. Og den dagen vil være (oppstandelsens dag) da Vi vil sette fjellene i bevegelse (pulverisere dem og la dem sveve i lufta) og du vil se jorden som en utjevnet slette (den vil ikke bære på noe lenger – trær, steiner, dyr, vegetasjon). Og Vi vil samle hele menneskeheten og ikke utelate en eneste av dem.

47. वोह दिन (क़ियामत का) होगा जब हम पहाड़ों को (रेज़ा-रेज़ा करके फिज़ा में) चलाएंगे और आप ज़मीन को साफ मैदान देखेंगे (उस पर शजर, हजर और हैवानातो नबातात में से कुछ भी न होगा) और हम सब इंसानों को जमा फरमाएंगे और उनमें से किसी को (भी) नहीं छोड़ेंगे।

৪৭. (কিয়ামতের) সেদিন, যখন আমরা পর্বতমালাকে (চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ করে শূণ্যে) ধাবমান করবো এবং আপনি পৃথিবীকে একটি উন্মুক্ত প্রান্তর দেখতে পাবেন; (এর উপর গাছ, পাথর এবং প্রাণীকূল ও তৃণলতার কিছুই থাকবে না।) তখন আমরা সকল মানুষকে একত্রিত করবো এবং তাদের কাউকে(ই) ছাড়বো না।
(al-Kahf, 18 : 47)

وَ عُرِضُوۡا عَلٰی رَبِّکَ صَفًّا ؕ لَقَدۡ جِئۡتُمُوۡنَا کَمَا خَلَقۡنٰکُمۡ اَوَّلَ مَرَّۃٍۭ ۫ بَلۡ زَعَمۡتُمۡ اَلَّنۡ نَّجۡعَلَ لَکُمۡ مَّوۡعِدًا ﴿۴۸﴾

48. اور (سب لوگ) آپ کے رب کے حضور قطار در قطار پیش کئے جائیں گے، (ان سے کہا جائے گا:) بیشک تم ہمارے پاس (آج اسی طرح) آئے ہو جیسا کہ ہم نے تمہیں پہلی بار پیدا کیا تھا بلکہ تم یہ گمان کرتے تھے کہ ہم تمہارے لئے ہرگز وعدہ کا وقت مقرر ہی نہیں کریں گےo

48. And they will be presented before your Lord in rows. (It will be said to them:) ‘Indeed, you have come to Us as We created you the first time. Rather, you claimed that We would never appoint for you a time for the fulfilment of the promise.’

48. And (all) mankind will be presented to your Lord standing in rows. (It will be said to them:) ‘Indeed, you have come to Us (Today the way) We created you for the first time. In fact, you thought that We would never appoint for you the Hour of Promise.’

48. WaAAuridoo AAala rabbika saffan laqad jitumoona kama khalaqnakum awwala marratin bal zaAAamtum allan najAAala lakum mawAAidan

48. Og de (alle folk) vil bli ført fram for Herren din i rad og rekke. (Det vil bli sagt til dem): «Sannelig, dere har kommet til Oss (i dag) slik Vi skapte dere for første gang! Faktisk tenkte dere at Vi aldri kom til å fastsette en tid for løftet!»

48. और (सब लोग) आपके रब के हुज़ूर क़तार दर क़तार पेश किए जाएंगे, (उनसे कहा जाएगा:) बेशक तुम हमारे पास (आज उसी तरह) आए हो जैसा कि हमने तुम्हें पहली बार पैदा किया था बल्कि तुम ये गुमान करते थे कि हम तुम्हारे लिए हर्गिज़ वादे का वक़्तमुक़र्रर ही नहीं करेंगे।

৪৮. আর (সকল মানুষকে) আপনার প্রতিপালকের সমীপে সারিবদ্ধভাবে পেশ করা হবে। (তাদেরকে বলা হবে,) ‘নিশ্চয়ই তোমরা (আজ এমনভাবে) আমাদের নিকট এসেছো, যেভাবে তোমাদেরকে প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম; বরং তোমরা এ ধারণা করতে যে, আমরা কখনো তোমাদের জন্যে প্রতিশ্রুত ক্ষণ উপস্থিত করবো না।’
(al-Kahf, 18 : 48)

وَ وُضِعَ الۡکِتٰبُ فَتَرَی الۡمُجۡرِمِیۡنَ مُشۡفِقِیۡنَ مِمَّا فِیۡہِ وَ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ یٰوَیۡلَتَنَا مَالِ ہٰذَا الۡکِتٰبِ لَا یُغَادِرُ صَغِیۡرَۃً وَّ لَا کَبِیۡرَۃً اِلَّاۤ اَحۡصٰہَا ۚ وَ وَجَدُوۡا مَا عَمِلُوۡا حَاضِرًا ؕ وَ لَا یَظۡلِمُ رَبُّکَ اَحَدًا ﴿٪۴۹﴾

49. اور (ہر ایک کے سامنے) اَعمال نامہ رکھ دیا جائے گا سو آپ مجرموں کو دیکھیں گے (وہ) ان (گناہوں اور جرموں) سے خوفزدہ ہوں گے جو اس (اَعمال نامہ) میں درج ہوں گے اور کہیں گے: ہائے ہلاکت! اس اَعمال نامہ کو کیا ہوا ہے اس نے نہ کوئی چھوٹی (بات) چھوڑی ہے اور نہ کوئی بڑی (بات)، مگر اس نے (ہر ہر بات کو) شمار کر لیا ہے اور وہ جو کچھ کرتے رہے تھے (اپنے سامنے) حاضر پائیں گے، اور آپ کا رب کسی پر ظلم نہ فرمائے گاo

49. The record of deeds will be laid (open). Then, you will see the evildoers fearful of what is in it. They will say: ‘Oh, woe to us! What kind of record is this that does not omit anything, small or big, but numbers them all.’ And they will find present whatsoever they had done. And your Lord does not deal with anyone unjustly.

49. And the record of deeds will be placed (before everyone). So, you will see the evildoers terrified at the (sins, wrongs and offences) registered (in the record). And they will say: ‘Oh, woe to us! What is the matter with this record that it has left out neither any insignificant (wrong) nor any big (blunder)? It has rather taken into account (each and every act).’ And they will find (before them) whatever they used to do, and your Lord will not do injustice to anyone.

49. WawudiAAa alkitabu fatara almujrimeena mushfiqeena mimma feehi wayaqooloona ya waylatana ma lihatha alkitabi la yughadiru sagheeratan wala kabeeratan illa ahsaha wawajadoo ma AAamiloo hadiran wala yathlimu rabbuka ahadan

49. Og det vil bli lagt fram gjerningsregister (overfor enhver), og du vil se synderne skrekkslagne (av sine synder og forbrytelser), som vil være registrert i det (gjerningsregisteret), og de vil si: «Ve oss! Hva er det med dette gjerningsregisteret, det har ikke utelatt noen liten og ei heller noen stor (sak), men derimot telt med (alt).» Og de vil finne alt de pleide å gjøre, til stede (foran seg), og Herren din vil ikke vise noen noen ondskap.

49. और (हर एक के सामने) आमालनामा रख दिया जाएगा सो आप मुज्रिमों को देखेंगे (वोह) उन (गुनाहों और जुर्मों) से ख़ौफज़दा होंगे जो उस (आमाल नामे) में दर्ज होंगे और कहेंगे: हाए हलाकत! इस आमाल नामे को क्या हुवा है इसने न कोई छोटी (बात) छोड़ी है और न कोई बड़ी (बात), मगर इसने (हर हर बात को) शुमार कर लिया है और वोह जो कुछ करते रहे थे (अपने सामने) हाज़िर पाएंगे, और आपका रब किसी पर ज़ुल्म न फरमाएगा।

৪৯. আর (প্রত্যেকের সম্মুখে) আমলনামা উপস্থিত করা হবে, সুতরাং আপনি অপরাধীদের দেখবেন, (তারা) এতে (গোনাহ এবং অপরাধ দেখে) ভীতসন্ত্রস্ত হয়ে যাবে, যা এতে (এ আমলনামায়) লিপিবদ্ধ থাকবে; আর বলবে, ‘হায় দুর্ভোগ আমাদের! এ কেমন আমলনামা, এটি না কোনো ছোট (বিষয়) ছেড়েছে আর না কোনো বড় (বিষয়); বরং এটি (সকল বিষয়) হিসেব করে রেখেছে।’ আর তারা যা কিছু করতো তা (তাদের সম্মুখে) উপস্থিত পাবে। আর আপনার প্রতিপালক কারো প্রতি যুলুম করবেন না।
