اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الرُّسُلُ کُلُوۡا مِنَ الطَّیِّبٰتِ وَ اعۡمَلُوۡا صَالِحًا ؕ اِنِّیۡ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ عَلِیۡمٌ ﴿ؕ۵۱﴾

51. اے رُسُلِ (عظام!) تم پاکیزہ چیزوں میں سے کھایا کرو (جیسا کہ تمہارا معمول ہے) اور نیک عمل کرتے رہو، بے شک جو عمل بھی تم کرتے ہو میں اُس سے خوب واقف ہوںo

51. O messengers! Eat good things and act righteously. Indeed, I am All-Knowing of what you do.

51. O (My Esteemed) Messengers! Eat of the pure things (as your practice is) and do good deeds with persistence. Surely, I am Well Aware of whatever (deed) you do.

51. Ya ayyuha alrrusulu kuloo mina alttayyibati waiAAmaloo salihan innee bima taAAmaloona AAaleemun

51. Å, (Mine ærefulle) sendebud! Spis av det rene, og handle rettskaffent (som deres praksis er). Sannelig, Jeg er allvitende om hvilken gjerning dere enn gjør.

51. ऐ रुसुले (इज़ाम!) तुम पाकीज़ा चीज़ों में से खाया करो (जैसा कि तुम्हारा मा’मूल है) और नेक अ़मल करते रहो, बेशक मैं जो अ़मल भी तुम करते हो उससे ख़ूब वाक़िफ हूं।

৫১. হে (সম্মানিত) রাসূলগণ! তোমরা পূতঃপবিত্র বস্তু আহার করো (যেমন তোমাদের অভ্যাস) এবং নেক আমল করতে থাকো। তোমরা যে আমলই করো নিশ্চয়ই আমি সে সম্পর্কে সম্যক অবগত।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 51)

فَتَقَطَّعُوۡۤا اَمۡرَہُمۡ بَیۡنَہُمۡ زُبُرًا ؕ کُلُّ حِزۡبٍۭ بِمَا لَدَیۡہِمۡ فَرِحُوۡنَ ﴿۵۳﴾

53. پس انہوں نے اپنے (دین کے) امر کو آپس میں اختلاف کر کے فرقہ فرقہ کر ڈالا، ہر فرقہ والے اسی قدر (دین کے حصہ) سے جو ان کے پاس ہے خوش ہیںo

53. But they divided their matter (i.e. their religion) into sects based upon different scriptures. Each group is pleased with what (portion) it has.

53. But they broke the command of their din (religion) into sects by disagreeing amongst themselves. Each sect is pleased with that much (portion of din [religion]) which they have.

53. FataqattaAAoo amrahum baynahum zuburan kullu hizbin bima ladayhim farihoona

53. Men de (folket) viste uenighet seg imellom i sin (levemåtes) befaling og ble delt opp i sekter. Alle sektene er fornøyde med det (den delen) de har (av levemåten).

53. पस उन्होंने अपने (दीन के) अम्र को आपस में इख़्तिलाफ करके फिर्क़ा फिर्क़ा कर डाला, हर फिर्क़े वाले उसी क़दर (दीन के हिस्से) से जो उनके पास है ख़ुश हैं।

৫৩. অতঃপর তারা পরস্পরে মতবিরোধ করে নিজেদের (ধর্মের) আদেশকে বহুধা বিভক্ত করে ফেলেছে; প্রত্যেক দল নিজ (দ্বীনের) মতবাদ নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট।

وَ الَّذِیۡنَ یُؤۡتُوۡنَ مَاۤ اٰتَوۡا وَّ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ وَجِلَۃٌ اَنَّہُمۡ اِلٰی رَبِّہِمۡ رٰجِعُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۶۰﴾

60. اور جو لوگ (اللہ کی راہ میں اتنا کچھ) دیتے ہیں جتنا وہ دے سکتے ہیں اور (اس کے باوجود) ان کے دل خائف رہتے ہیں کہ وہ اپنے رب کی طرف پلٹ کر جانے والے ہیں (کہیں یہ نامقبول نہ ہو جائے)o

60. and those who give (in charity) whatever they can, while their hearts are trembling with fear for they are returning to their Lord—

60. And those who give away (in the way of Allah as much) as they can, yet (in spite of that) their hearts fear that they are to return to their Lord (lest it should be rejected),

60. Waallatheena yutoona ma ataw waquloobuhum wajilatun annahum ila rabbihim rajiAAoona

60. og som gir (for Allahs sak så mye) som de makter å gi, men deres hjerte er (til tross for det) fullt av frykt for at de skal vende tilbake til Herren sin (– kanskje deres ofringer ikke blir godtatt),

60. और जो लोग (अल्लाह की राह में इतना कुछ) देते हैं जितना वोह दे सकते हैं और (उसके बावुजूद) उनके दिल ख़ाइफ रहते हैं कि वोह अपने रब की तरफ पलट कर जाने वाले हैं (कहीं ये ना मक़्बूल न हो जाए) ।

,৬০. আর যারা (আল্লাহ্‌র পথে এ পরিমাণ) দান করে যা করতে তারা সক্ষম এবং (এ ছাড়াও) তাদের অন্তর ভীত-কম্পিত যে, তারা তাদের প্রতিপালকের নিকট প্রত্যাবর্তন করবে, (কখনো যেন তা প্রত্যাখ্যাত না হয়ে যায়)।

وَ لَا نُکَلِّفُ نَفۡسًا اِلَّا وُسۡعَہَا وَ لَدَیۡنَا کِتٰبٌ یَّنۡطِقُ بِالۡحَقِّ وَ ہُمۡ لَا یُظۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿۶۲﴾

62. اور ہم کسی جان کو تکلیف نہیں دیتے مگر اس کی استعداد کے مطابق اور ہمارے پاس نوشتۂ (اَعمال موجود) ہے جو سچ سچ کہہ دے گا اور ان پر ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گاo

62. And We do not task any soul except to the extent of its capacity, and with Us is a Book that speaks the truth, and they shall not be wronged.

62. And We do not strain any soul but commensurate with its capacity, and with Us is the record (of deeds) which will speak the truth, and they will not be wronged.

62. Wala nukallifu nafsan illa wusAAaha waladayna kitabun yantiqu bialhaqqi wahum la yuthlamoona

62. Og Vi legger ikke byrde på noen person mer enn det han makter å bære, og hos Oss er det nedskrevne (registeret av handlinger), som vil si det som sant er, og de vil ikke lide noe ondt.

62. और हम किसी जान को तक्लीफ नहीं देते मगर उसकी इस्ते’दाद के मुताबिक़ और हमारे पास नविश्तए (आमाल मौजूद) है जो सच सच कह देगा और उन पर जु़ल्म नहीं किया जाएगा।

৬২. আর আমরা কাউকে তার সামর্থ্যরে বেশী দায়িত্ব অর্পণ করি না। আর আমাদের নিকট (বিদ্যমান) রয়েছে আমলনামা যা সত্য প্রকাশ করবে এবং তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 62)

بَلۡ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ فِیۡ غَمۡرَۃٍ مِّنۡ ہٰذَا وَ لَہُمۡ اَعۡمَالٌ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ ذٰلِکَ ہُمۡ لَہَا عٰمِلُوۡنَ ﴿۶۳﴾

63. بلکہ ان کے دل اس (قرآن کے پیغام) سے غفلت میں (پڑے) ہیں اور اس کے سوا (بھی) ان کے کئی اور (برے) اعمال ہیں جن پر وہ عمل پیرا ہیںo

63. However, their hearts are in overwhelming ignorance regarding it. Yet they have other (evil) deeds besides what they continue to do.

63. But their hearts are in (utter) negligence of this (message of the Qur’an) and (also) besides that, there are many other (evil) deeds which they are doing,

63. Bal quloobuhum fee ghamratin min hatha walahum aAAmalun min dooni thalika hum laha AAamiloona

63. Men deres hjerte er (fortapt) i forsømmelighet av denne (Koranens budskap), og utenom dette er det mange andre (onde) handlinger som de begår.

63. बल्कि उनके दिल इस (क़ुरआन के पैग़ाम) से ग़फ्लत में (पड़े) हैं और इसके सिवा (भी) उनके कई और (बुरे) आमाल हैं जिन पर वोह अ़मल पैरा हैं।

৬৩. বরং তাদের অন্তর এ (কুরআনের বার্তা) থেকে উদাসীন (হয়ে) রয়েছে এবং এছাড়া(ও) তাদের আরো কিছু (মন্দ) আমল রয়েছে যা তারা সম্পাদন করছে।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 63)

اَفَلَمۡ یَدَّبَّرُوا الۡقَوۡلَ اَمۡ جَآءَہُمۡ مَّا لَمۡ یَاۡتِ اٰبَآءَہُمُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿۫۶۸﴾

68. سو کیا انہوں نے اس فرمانِ (الٰہی) میں غور و خوض نہیں کیا یا ان کے پاس کوئی ایسی چیز آگئی ہے جو ان کے اگلے باپ دادا کے پاس نہیں آئی تھیo

68. Have they not contemplated the word (of Allah), or has something come to them which did not come to their forefathers?

68. So have they not pondered over this command (of Allah)? Or has there come to them such a thing that did not come to their fathers?

68. Afalam yaddabbaroo alqawla am jaahum ma lam yati abaahumu alawwaleena

68. Har de da ikke tenkt dypt etter om dette (Allahs) ord? Eller har det kommet til dem noe slikt som ikke kom til deres henfarne fedre?

68. सो क्या उन्होंने उस फरमाने (इलाही) में ग़ौरो ख़ौज़ नहीं किया या उनके पास कोई ऐसी चीज़ आ गई है जो उनके अगले बाप-दादा के पास नहीं आई थी।

৬৮. সুতরাং তারা কি (আল্লাহ্‌র) এ বার্তায় গভীর চিন্তা ও ধ্যান করেনি? অথবা তাদের নিকট কি এমন কোনো কিছু এসেছে যা তাদের পূর্বপুরুষদের নিকট আসেনি?
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 68)

اَمۡ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ بِہٖ جِنَّۃٌ ؕ بَلۡ جَآءَہُمۡ بِالۡحَقِّ وَ اَکۡثَرُہُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ کٰرِہُوۡنَ ﴿۷۰﴾

70. یا یہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس (رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو جنون (لاحق) ہو گیا ہے، (ایسا ہر گز نہیں) بلکہ وہ ان کے پاس حق لے کر تشریف لائے ہیں اور ان میں سے اکثر لوگ حق کو پسند نہیں کرتےo

70. Or do they say: ‘There is madness in him?’ Instead, he has brought them the truth, but most of them are resentful of the truth.

70. Or do they say: ‘He (the Prophet) is (afflicted) with mania’? (Nay, not at all;) he has rather brought to them the truth, but most of them do not like the truth.

70. Am yaqooloona bihi jinnatun bal jaahum bialhaqqi waaktharuhum lilhaqqi karihoona

70. Eller sier de: «Han (Sendebudet ﷺ) er besatt!» Nei, derimot har han kommet til dem med sannheten, men de fleste av dem misliker sannheten!

70. या ये कहते हैं कि उस (रसूल सल्लल्लाहु अ़लैहि व सल्लम) को जुनून (लाहिक) हो गया है (ऐसा हर्गिज़ नहीं) बल्कि वोह उनके पास हक़्क़ लेकर तशरीफ लाए हैं और उनमें से अक्सर लोग हक़्क़ को पसन्द नहीं करते।

৭০. অথবা তারা কি বলে, ‘তিনি (অর্থাৎ রাসূল সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া আলিহী ওয়াসাল্লাম) উন্মাদ?’ (এমনটি কখনোই নয়) বরং তিনি তাদের নিকট সত্য নিয়ে আগমন করেছেন এবং তাদের অধিকাংশ সত্যকে অপছন্দ করে।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 70)

وَ لَوِ اتَّبَعَ الۡحَقُّ اَہۡوَآءَہُمۡ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمٰوٰتُ وَ الۡاَرۡضُ وَ مَنۡ فِیۡہِنَّ ؕ بَلۡ اَتَیۡنٰہُمۡ بِذِکۡرِہِمۡ فَہُمۡ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِہِمۡ مُّعۡرِضُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۷۱﴾

71. اور اگر حق (تعالیٰ) ان کی خواہشات کی پیروی کرتا تو (سارے) آسمان اور زمین اور جو (مخلوقات و موجودات) ان میں ہیں سب تباہ و برباد ہو جاتے بلکہ ہم ان کے پاس وہ (قرآن) لائے ہیں جس میں ان کی عزت و شرف (اور ناموری کا راز) ہے سو وہ اپنی عزت ہی سے منہ پھیر رہے ہیںo

71. Had the truth followed their low desires, the heavens and the earth would have surely perished along with all those in them. Rather, We have brought them their reminder, but they are disregardful of their reminder.

71. And had the (holy) truth (Allah) followed their vain desires, then (all) the heavens and the earth and whatever (living and non-living things) are therein, all would have been destroyed. We have rather brought them that (Qur’an) which contains (the secret of) their honour, dignity (and fame). So it is from their own honour that they are turning away.

71. Walawi ittabaAAa alhaqqu ahwaahum lafasadati alssamawatu waalardu waman feehinna bal ataynahum bithikrihim fahum AAan thikrihim muAAridoona

71. Og hvis sannheten hadde fulgt deres lyst, ville (alle) himlene og jorden og alt det som i dem er (av levende og ikke levende ting), gått sin undergang i møte. Men Vi har heller brakt dem den (Koranen) som innebærer deres ære (og rys hemmelighet). Så det er sin egen ære de bortvender seg fra!

71. और अगर हक़्क़ (तआला) उनकी ख़्वाहिशात की पैरवी करता तो (सारे) आस्मान और ज़मीन और जो (मख़्लूक़ातो मौजूदात) उनमें हैं सब तबाहो बर्बाद हो जाते बल्कि हम उनके पास वोह (क़ुरआन) लाए हैं जिसमें उनकी इज़्ज़तो शरफ (और नामवरी का राज़) है सो वोह अपनी इज़्ज़त ही से मुंह फेर रहे हैं।

৭১. আর যদি হক্ব (তা’আলা) তাদের কুপ্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করতেন তবে (সমস্ত) আকাশমন্ডলী, পৃথিবী এবং যেসব (সৃষ্টি ও অস্তিত্বশীল বস্তু) এসবের মধ্যে রয়েছে, সবকিছু ধ্বংস ও বিলুপ্ত হয়ে যেতো। পক্ষান্তরে, আমরা তাদের প্রদান করেছি (কুরআন) যাতে রয়েছে তাদের সম্মান ও মর্যাদা (আর রয়েছে খ্যাতির রহস্য)। সুতরাং তারা তাদের সম্মান থেকেই মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিয়েছে।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 71)

اَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُہُمۡ خَرۡجًا فَخَرَاجُ رَبِّکَ خَیۡرٌ ٭ۖ وَّ ہُوَ خَیۡرُ الرّٰزِقِیۡنَ ﴿۷۲﴾

72. کیا آپ ان سے (تبلیغِ رسالت پر) کچھ اجرت مانگتے ہیں؟ (ایسا بھی نہیں ہے) آپ کے تو رب کا اجر (ہی بہت) بہتر ہے اور وہ سب سے بہتر روزی رساں ہےo

72. Do you ask them for any payment? Yet your Lord’s recompense is better, and He is the best of providers.

72. Do you demand of them any recompense (for preaching the faith in Messengership? Nay, that too is not the case.) The recompense of your Lord itself is (by far) the best and He is the Best of all sustainers.

72. Am tasaluhum kharjan fakharaju rabbika khayrun wahuwa khayru alrraziqeena

72. Ber du dem om noen lønn (for forkynnelse av budskapet)? (Men slik kan det aldri være)! Din Herres lønn er (langt) bedre, og Han er den beste Forsørgeren av alle.

72. क्या आप उनसे (तब्लीग़े रिसालत पर) कुछ उजरत मांगते हैं? (ऐसा भी नहीं है) आपके तो रब का अज्र (ही बहुत) बेहतर है और वोह सबसे बेहतर रोज़ी रसां है।

৭২. আপনি কি তাদের নিকট (রিসালাত প্রচারে) কোনো বিনিময় প্রার্থনা করেন? (এমনটিও নয়) আপনার জন্যে তো প্রতিপালকের বিনিময়ই (অতি) উত্তম এবং তিনি সবচেয়ে উত্তম রিযিকদাতা।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 72)

وَ لَوۡ رَحِمۡنٰہُمۡ وَ کَشَفۡنَا مَا بِہِمۡ مِّنۡ ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوۡا فِیۡ طُغۡیَانِہِمۡ یَعۡمَہُوۡنَ ﴿۷۵﴾

75. اور اگر ہم ان پر رحم فرما دیں اور جو تکلیف انہیں (لاحق) ہے اسے دور کر دیں تو وہ بھٹکتے ہوئے اپنی سرکشی میں مزید پکے ہو جائیں گےo

75. Were We to show them mercy and remove whatever evil was upon them, they would surely persist, wandering confused in their rebellion.

75. And if We have mercy on them and remove the distress that has (afflicted) them, they will become hardened in their transgression, wandering disorientated.

75. Walaw rahimnahum wakashafna ma bihim min durrin lalajjoo fee tughyanihim yaAAmahoona

75. Og hvis Vi skulle vise dem nåde og fjerner den smerten de lider av, ville de bli enda fastere i sin oppsetsighet og rave omkring i blinde.

75. और अगर हम उन पर रहम फरमा दें और जो तक्लीफ उन्हें (लाहिक़) है उसे दूर कर दें तो वोह भटकते हुए अपनी सर्कशी में मज़ीद पक्के हो जाएंगे।

৭৫. আর যদি আমরা তাদের প্রতি দয়া করি এবং তাদের দুঃখ-দৈন্য দূর করি তবুও তারা বিপথগামী হয়ে নিজেদের অবাধ্যতায় আরও সুদৃঢ় হয়ে ঘুরতে থাকবে।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 75)

وَ لَقَدۡ اَخَذۡنٰہُمۡ بِالۡعَذَابِ فَمَا اسۡتَکَانُوۡا لِرَبِّہِمۡ وَ مَا یَتَضَرَّعُوۡنَ ﴿۷۶﴾

76. اور بیشک ہم نے انہیں عذاب میں پکڑ لیا پھر (بھی) انہوں نے اپنے رب کے لئے عاجزی اختیار نہ کی اور نہ وہ (اس کے حضور) گڑگڑائےo

76. We already overtook them with punishment, yet they were not submissive to their Lord, nor did they humble themselves (to receive His mercy).

76. And indeed, We seized them with torment, but (still) they did not adopt submissiveness to their Lord, nor did they entreat in humility (before His presence),

76. Walaqad akhathnahum bialAAathabi fama istakanoo lirabbihim wama yatadarraAAoona

76. Og i sannhet, Vi tok dem fatt med pinen, men fortsatt ble de ikke ydmyke overfor Herren sin, og ei heller tryglet de (for Hans kongelighet),

76. और बेशक हमने उन्हें अ़ज़ाब में पकड़ लिया फिर (भी) उन्होंने अपने रब के लिए आजिज़ी इख़्तियार न की और न वोह (उसके हुजूर) गिड़गिड़ाए।

৭৬. আর প্রকৃতপক্ষে আমরা তাদেরকে শাস্তি দ্বারা পাকড়াও করলাম। এরপরও তারা তাদের প্রতিপালকের জন্যে বিনয় অবলম্বন করলো না এবং তারা (তার সমীপে) লুটিয়েও পড়লো না।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 76)

حَتّٰۤی اِذَا فَتَحۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمۡ بَابًا ذَا عَذَابٍ شَدِیۡدٍ اِذَا ہُمۡ فِیۡہِ مُبۡلِسُوۡنَ ﴿٪۷۷﴾

77. یہاں تک کہ جب ہم ان پر نہایت سخت عذاب کا دروازہ کھول دیں گے (تو) اس وقت وہ اس میں انتہائی حیرت سے ساکت و مایوس (پڑے) رہیں گےo

77. When We open a door of severe punishment upon them, behold, they will fall into utter despair.

77. Until when We open to them the gate of an extremely harsh torment, (then,) at that time, taken aback, they will (stay) therein, stunned in despair.

77. Hatta itha fatahna AAalayhim baban tha AAathabin shadeedin itha hum feehi mublisoona

77. helt til når Vi åpner den strenge pinens port over dem; da vil de være lamslått i den, helt stille, og vil ha mistet alt håp.

77. यहां तक कि जब हम उन पर निहायत सख़्त अ़ज़ाब का दरवाज़ा खोल देंगे (तो) उस वक़्त वोह उसमें इन्तिहाई हैरत से साकितो मायूस (पड़े) रहेंगे।

৭৭. যখন আমরা তাদের উপর কঠিন শাস্তির দরজা খুলে দেই, তখনই তাতে তারা চূড়ান্তরূপে নিরাশ হয়ে (পড়ে) থাকবে।
(al-Mu’minun, 23 : 77)
