اللہ کے نام سے شروع جو نہایت مہربان ہمیشہ رحم فرمانے والا ہے
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Ever-Merciful

وَ الَّذِیۡنَ ہَاجَرُوۡا فِی اللّٰہِ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُوۡا لَـنُبَوِّئَنَّہُمۡ فِی الدُّنۡیَا حَسَنَۃً ؕ وَ لَاَجۡرُ الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَکۡبَرُ ۘ لَوۡ کَانُوۡا یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۱﴾

41. اور جنہوں نے اللہ کی راہ میں ہجرت کی اس کے بعد کہ ان پر (طرح طرح کے) ظلم توڑے گئے تو ہم ضرور انہیں دنیا (ہی) میں بہتر ٹھکانا دیں گے، اور آخرت کا اجر تو یقیناً بہت بڑا ہے، کاش! وہ (اس راز کو) جانتے ہوتےo

41. And those who migrated for the sake of Allah after being persecuted, We will indeed settle them in a good place in this world. And surely the reward of the Hereafter is much greater, if only they knew.

41. And those who emigrated after they had been subjected to (different kinds of) torture and brutality, We will certainly provide them with a better abode in this (very) world. And the reward in the Hereafter is certainly greater. Would that they knew (this secret);

41. Waallatheena hajaroo fee Allahi min baAAdi ma thulimoo lanubawwiannahum fee alddunya hasanatan walaajru alakhirati akbaru law kanoo yaAAlamoona

41. Og de som utvandret for Allahs sak etter å ha blitt utsatt for brutal ondskap (av forskjellige sorter), dem vil Vi visselig gi bedre bosted i denne verden, og det hinsidiges belønning er visselig større. Om de bare visste (om denne hemmeligheten),

41. और जिन्होंने अल्लाह की राह में हिजरत की इसके बाद कि उन पर (तरह तरह के) ज़ुल्म तोड़े गए तो हम ज़रूर उन्हें दुन्या (ही) में बेहतर ठिकाना देंगे, और आख़िरत का अज्र तो यक़ीनन बहुत बड़ा है, काश! वोह (इस राज़ को) जानते होते।

৪১. আর যারা আল্লাহ্‌র পথে হিজরত করেছে (বিভিন্ন ধরণের) অত্যাচার ও নিষ্ঠুরতার স্বীকার হবার পর, আমরা অবশ্যই তাদেরকে দুনিয়াতে(ই) উত্তম ঠিকানা দান করবো। আর পরকালের প্রতিদান তো অবশ্যই অনেক বড়। হায়! যদি তারা (এ গোপন রহস্য) জানতো --

وَ مَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِکَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوۡحِیۡۤ اِلَیۡہِمۡ فَسۡـَٔلُوۡۤا اَہۡلَ الذِّکۡرِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۳﴾

43. اور ہم نے آپ سے پہلے بھی مَردوں ہی کو رسول بنا کر بھیجا جن کی طرف ہم وحی بھیجتے تھے سو تم اہلِ ذکر سے پوچھ لیا کرو اگر تمہیں خود (کچھ) معلوم نہ ہوo

43. And We did not send (any messenger) before you, except men to whom We had revealed. Ask the People of the Reminder if you do not know.

43. And before you also, We sent only men as Messengers towards whom We sent Our Revelations. So if you yourselves do not know (anything), then ask the People of remembrance.

43. Wama arsalna min qablika illa rijalan noohee ilayhim faisaloo ahla alththikri in kuntum la taAAlamoona

43. Og før deg sendte Vi også kun menn som sendebud, som Vi åpenbarte for. Spør formaningens folk hvis ikke dere selv kjenner til noe.

43. और हमने आपसे पहले भी मर्दों ही को रसूल बना कर भेजा जिनकी तरफ हम वही भेजते थे सो तुम अह्‌ले ज़िक्र से पूछ लिया करो अगर तुम्हें खु़द (कुछ) मालूम न हो।

৪৩. আর আমরা আপনার পূর্বেও পুরুষদেরকেই রাসূলরূপে প্রেরণ করেছি, যাদের প্রতি আমরা ওহী প্রেরণ করেছি। সুতরাং স্মরণকারীগণ (অর্থাৎ জিকিরকারীগণ)-এঁর    নিকট জিজ্ঞেস করো, যদি তোমরা নিজেরা (কিছু) না জানো।

بِالۡبَیِّنٰتِ وَ الزُّبُرِ ؕ وَ اَنۡزَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ الذِّکۡرَ لِتُبَیِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ اِلَیۡہِمۡ وَ لَعَلَّہُمۡ یَتَفَکَّرُوۡنَ ﴿۴۴﴾

44. (انہیں بھی) واضح دلائل اور کتابوں کے ساتھ (بھیجا تھا)، اور (اے نبیِ مکرّم!) ہم نے آپ کی طرف ذکرِ عظیم (قرآن) نازل فرمایا ہے تاکہ آپ لوگوں کے لئے وہ (پیغام اور احکام) خوب واضح کر دیں جو ان کی طرف اتارے گئے ہیں اور تاکہ وہ غور و فکر کریںo

44. (We sent them) with clear proofs and Scriptures. And (Esteemed Prophet,) We have revealed the Reminder (i.e. the Qur’an) to you so that you may clearly explain to the people what has been sent down to them; perhaps they may reflect.

44. (They too were sent) with clear proofs and the Books. And, (O Glorious Messenger,) We have revealed to you the Glorious Reminder (the Qur’an) so that you may explain clearly to people (the message and the commandments) that have been sent down to them and that they may meditate.

44. Bialbayyinati waalzzuburi waanzalna ilayka alththikra litubayyina lilnnasi ma nuzzila ilayhim walaAAallahum yatafakkaroona

44. (De tidligere sendebudene sendte Vi også) med innlysende bevis og skrifter. Og (kjære ærverdige Profet ﷺ!), Vi har åpenbart for deg den praktfulle formaningen (Koranen), slik at du skal klargjøre for menneskene det (budskap og befalinger) som er blitt nedsendt til dem, slik at de må fundere dypt.

44. (उन्हें भी) वाज़ेह दलाइल और किताबों के साथ (भेजा था), और (ऐ नबिय्ये मुकर्रम!) हमने आपकी तरफ ज़िक्रे अ़ज़ीम (क़ुरआन) नाज़िल फरमाया है ताकि आप लोगों के लिए वोह (पैग़ाम और अह्‌काम) ख़ूब वाजे़ह कर दें जो उनकी तरफ उतारे गए हैं और ताकि वोह ग़ौरो फिक्र करें।

৪৪. (তাদেরকেও) সুস্পষ্ট দলিল ও কিতাব সহকারে ( (প্রেরণ করা হয়েছিল)। আর (হে সম্মানিত নবী!) আমরা আপনার নিকট মহাস্মারক (কুরআন) অবতীর্ণ করেছি যাতে আপনি মানুষের নিকট সেসব (বার্তা ও বিধান) সুস্পষ্ট করে দেন, যা তাদের প্রতি অবতীর্ণ করা হয়েছে এবং যাতে তারা চিন্তা-ভাবনা করে।

اَفَاَمِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ مَکَرُوا السَّیِّاٰتِ اَنۡ یَّخۡسِفَ اللّٰہُ بِہِمُ الۡاَرۡضَ اَوۡ یَاۡتِیَہُمُ الۡعَذَابُ مِنۡ حَیۡثُ لَا یَشۡعُرُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۵﴾

45. کیا وہ بُرے مکر و فریب کرنے والے لوگ اس بات سے بے خوف ہو گئے ہیں کہ اللہ انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دے یا (کسی) ایسی جگہ سے ان پر عذاب بھیج دے جس کا انہیں کوئی خیال بھی نہ ہوo

45. Do those who have plotted evil deeds feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them, or the punishment will not overtake them (suddenly) from where they do not perceive?

45. Have these evil and deceitful people gone free of the fear that Allah may sink them into the earth, or may send them torment from (any) quarter that is beyond their imagination?

45. Afaamina allatheena makaroo alssayyiati an yakhsifa Allahu bihimu alarda aw yatiyahumu alAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona

45. Har disse som bedriver slemme renkespill, blitt trygt forvisset om at Allah ikke vil senke dem i jorden eller sende over dem pine fra et slikt hold som de ikke kan forestille seg engang?

45. क्या वोह बुरे मक्रो फरेब करने वाले लोग इस बात से बेख़ौफ हो गए हैं कि अल्लाह उन्हें ज़मीन में धंसा दे या (किसी) ऐसी जगह से उन पर अ़ज़ाब भेज दे जिसका उन्हें कोई ख़याल भी न हो।

৪৫. সেসব নিকৃষ্ট চক্রান্ত ও প্রতারণাকারীরা কি এ বিষয় থেকে নিরাপদ হয়ে গিয়েছে যে, আল্লাহ্ তাদেরকে ভুপৃষ্ঠে ধ্বসিয়ে দেবেন অথবা এমন (কোনো) স্থান  থেকে তাদের উপর শাস্তি পাঠিয়ে দেবেন, যে বিষয়ে তাদের কোনো ধারণাও নেই?

اَوَ لَمۡ یَرَوۡا اِلٰی مَا خَلَقَ اللّٰہُ مِنۡ شَیۡءٍ یَّتَفَیَّؤُا ظِلٰلُہٗ عَنِ الۡیَمِیۡنِ وَ الشَّمَآئِلِ سُجَّدًا لِّلّٰہِ وَ ہُمۡ دٰخِرُوۡنَ ﴿۴۸﴾

48. کیا انہوں نے ان (سایہ دار) چیزوں کی طرف نہیں دیکھا جو اللہ نے پیدا فرمائی ہیں (کہ) ان کے سائے دائیں اور بائیں اَطراف سے اللہ کے لئے سجدہ کرتے ہوئے پھرتے رہتے ہیں اور وہ (درحقیقت) طاعت و عاجزی کا اظہار کرتے ہیںo

48. Have they not considered that whatever Allah has created casts its shadow to the right and the left, prostrating to Allah in utter humility?

48. Have they not seen those (shady) objects that Allah has created; their shadows keep crawling on the right and the left sides, prostrating themselves before Allah? And, (in fact, in this way) they display humbleness and obedience.

48. Awa lam yaraw ila ma khalaqa Allahu min shayin yatafayyao thilaluhu AAani alyameeni waalshshamaili sujjadan lillahi wahum dakhiroona

48. Har de ikke sett på de (skyggefulle) tingene som Allah har skapt, at skyggene deres kneler med ansiktet ned for Allah ved å kaste seg til høyre og venstre? Og (i virkeligheten) viser de underkastelse og lydighet.

48. क्या उन्होंने उन (सायादार) चीज़ों की तरफ नहीं देखा जो अल्लाह ने पैदा फरमाई हैं (कि) उनके साए दाएं और बाएं अतराफ से अल्लाह के लिए सज्दा करते हए फिरते रहते हैं और वोह (दर हक़ीक़त) ताअ़तो आजिज़ी का इज़हार करते हैं।

৪৮. তারা কি এমন (ছায়াদানকারী) বস্তুর দিকে লক্ষ্য করে না, যা আল্লাহ্ সৃষ্টি করেছেন (যে,) এর ছায়া ডানে ও বামে আল্লাহ্‌র জন্যে সেজদাবনত অবস্থায় ঢলে পড়ে? আর তারা (প্রকৃতপক্ষে) আনুগত্য ও বিনয় প্রকাশ করে।
(an-Nahl, 16 : 48)

وَ لِلّٰہِ یَسۡجُدُ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ مَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ مِنۡ دَآبَّۃٍ وَّ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ وَ ہُمۡ لَا یَسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ ﴿۴۹﴾

49. اور جو کچھ آسمانوں میں اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے جملہ جاندار اور فرشتے، اللہ (ہی) کو سجدہ کرتے ہیں اور وہ (ذرا بھی) غرور و تکبر نہیں کرتےo

49. To Allah prostrates whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth from the living creatures, as do the angels, who are not arrogant.

49. And whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, all living beings and angels prostrate themselves before Allah (alone), and are not (a bit) proud and arrogant.

49. Walillahi yasjudu ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi min dabbatin waalmalaikatu wahum la yastakbiroona

49. Og alt som i himlene og på jorden er, av det levende, og englene, kneler med ansiktet ned for Allah, og de viser ikke hovmod (i det hele tatt).

49. और जो कुछ आस्मानों में और जो कुछ ज़मीन में है जुम्ला जानदार और फरिश्ते, अल्लाह (ही) को सज्दा करते हैं और वोह (ज़रा भी) ग़ुरूरो तकब्बुर नहीं करते।

৪৯. আর যা কিছু আকাশমন্ডলীতে এবং যা কিছু পৃথিবীতে, সমস্ত প্রাণী ও ফেরেস্তা, আল্লাহ্কে(ই) সেজদা করে, আর তারা (সামান্যতমও) ঔদ্ধত্য ও অহঙ্কার করে না।
