7. وہی ہے جس نے خوبی و حسن بخشا ہر اس چیز کو جسے اس نے پیدا فرمایا اور اس نے انسانی تخلیق کی ابتداء مٹی (یعنی غیر نامی مادّہ) سے کیo

7. He is the One Who endowed everything He created with perfection and virtue. And He initiated the genesis of man from clay (i.e., inorganic matter);*

* Comprising minerals, metals, salts and chemical elements like calcium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, natrum, kalium, silicon, chlorine, iodine, fluorine, magnesium, zinc, sulfur, ferrum, cuprum, etc. These and other elements of clay also form the ingredients of a balanced diet essential for our nourishment. The animals whose meat and milk we take live on the vegetable world. The grain, vegetables, fruits and roots that form our food feed on the soil they grow in and absorb all its chemicals.

7. Allathee ahsana kulla shayin khalaqahu wabadaa khalqa alinsani min teenin

7. Han er Den som formet alt det Han skapte vel og vakkert. Han innledet menneskets skaping av leire (uorganisk substans),

7. वोही है जिसने ख़ूबिओ हुस्न बख़्शा हर उस चीज़ को जिसे उसने पैदा फरमाया और उसने इंसानी तख़्लीक़ की इब्तिदा मिट्टी (यानी ग़ैरनामी माद्दे) से की।

৭. তিনিই প্রত্যেক বস্তুকে উৎকৃষ্টতা ও সৌন্দর্য প্রদান করেছেন, যা তিনি সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আর তিনি মানব সৃষ্টির সূচনা করেছেন মাটি (অর্থাৎ অজৈব বস্তু) থেকে।
