فَالۡمُدَبِّرٰتِ اَمۡرًا ۘ﴿۵﴾
5. پھر ان (فرشتوں) کی قَسم جو مختلف اُمور کی تدبیر کرتے ہیں۔<br> (یا:- پھر توانائی کی ان لہروں کی قَسم جو باہمی تعامل سے کائناتی نظام کی بقا کے لئے توازن و تدبیر قائم رکھتی ہیں)o
5. and then by (the angels) who manage the affairs (of creatures obediently).*
* A scientific indication can also be inferred from this verse: ‘By the waves of energy that, through mutual dynamism and coordination, maintain equilibrium and keep the balance for the survival of the system of the universe.’

5. så ved de (englene) som tilrettelegger de forskjellige affærene,

opprettholder likevekten og tilretteleggelsen for å holde universets system gående.)
* Kjemisk prosess: at stoffer spaltes eller danner nye forbindelser.
5. फिर उन (फरिश्तों) की क़सम जो मुख़्तलिफ उमूर की तद्बीर करते हैं। (या - फिर तवानाई की उन लह्रों की क़सम जो बाहमी तआम्मुल से काइनाती निज़ाम की बक़ा के लिए तवाज़ुनो तद्बीर क़ाइम रखती हैं) ।
৫. অতঃপর শপথ সে (ফেরেশতা) সকলের যারা সুচারুরূপে পরিচালনা করেন বিভিন্ন বিষয়, (অথবা, শপথ সে শক্তির তরঙ্গমালার, যা পারস্পারিক গতি এবং সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে, মহাবিশ্বের শৃঙ্খলা অব্যাহত রাখার নিমিত্তে, পরিচালনার ভারসাম্য ও সুস্থিতি বজায় রাখে,)
